Iceland

Iceland

Introduction

Iceland and the capital city Reykjavik have a great deal of interest to offer. It is a ‘Hot Spot’ not only due to the bars and night-clubs, but also geothermically. As a result of the hot springs, 90% of the population enjoys geothermal heating and hot water.

Most suitable group size and type

Iceland is suitable for all types of group, both large and small. There is a good selection of hotels, but if you wish to all stay in one hotel then you will be restricted to a maximum of 200 rooms. Although there are some good hotels, there are no top level deluxe properties.

Key activities

  • Super Jeep Safaris
  • Swimming in the Blue Lagoon
  • Icelandic Pony riding
  • Themed dinners and vibrant night-life
