A European retailer runs an incentive scheme each year for its store staff, and the travel incentive is a reward for the high achievers. On this occasion they took our advice and went for a winter destination but an important requirement was to provide activities for skiers and non-skiers.

The Solution
Chamonix was deemed the best solution as it is less than 1hr 30 minutes transfer time from Geneva airport which is accessible from various UK airports. The resort has a great atmosphere with good restaurants, nightlife and of course skiing. We also have had experience of organising ‘winter games’ in this resort in recent years which always prove to be a success.
Highlights & Challenges
- Arranging snow games (including a slalom course with sledge and snowscoot, speed course with sledge and snowscoot, human curling game and a bungee run)
