John has been involved in the ski events industry since the early 1980s with a particular expertise in bespoke hospitality projects and large scale conferences.
He founded The Corporate Ski Company in 1996 and is involved with every aspect of the business. On a day-to-day business, John works with the account teams to develop innovative event solutions.
John is married with three children who distract him from his love of all ball sports.

Rob joined Vantage Point in October 2000 and currently oversees the management of existing client relationships.
With extensive experience of planning and organising international business events for some of the biggest names in the business, as well as 5 years working in UK hotels, Rob also provides our account management teams with project management and on-site support.

Katherine joined The Corporate Ski Company in April 1999 and is our longest serving Account Director.
Katherine is highly skilled and experienced when it comes to winter operations as well as having excellent resort knowledge. Katherine leads our Account teams in delivering exceptional winter programmes to our clients and also plays a key role in customer relationship management.
Melissa joined The Corporate Ski Company in September 2004, bringing with her a wealth of international event management experience and project management skills.
Melissa manages some of our key clients and, as a keen skier, provides project management and on-site support for our clients. Melissa also brings unrivalled knowledge of many global conference, incentive and hospitality destinations.
Melissa enjoys tennis and hockey in her spare time and plays with her local club.

Frances joined The Corporate Ski Company in September 2004 to develop the client base across the business.
She has a strong background in corporate event sales and has worked in similar roles as far a field as the south of France and northern California.
Frances speaks Spanish, French and German and enjoys creative pursuits in her spare time.

Charlie joined The Corporate Ski Company as Account Manager in November 2005 after several years with The Ski Club of Great Britain.
Charlie brings extensive ski resort knowledge to the business and is at the forefront in developing knowledge of upcoming destinations across Europe. A keen sportswoman, Charlie also recently undertook a German course to facilitate her supplier communication.

Alex joined Vantage Point in October 2006 to support the Account Managers and Sales Team.
Having worked in the travel industry in Italy and France, Alex is a proficient Italian speaker and has an in- depth knowledge of the Dolomites. Alex is also a first rate tennis player and skier as well as being a creative amateur cook in her spare time.

Tania joined the team initially in November 2005 to support the Account Teams during the winter season.
Since returning for a further season in the winter of 2006, Tania is now a full time Account Manager, providing exceptional support to our clients.
Tania is an avid skier herself, having spent many a season in the alps. In her spare time she holds classes for those wishing to learn the art of chalet catering and enjoys working out at the gym several times a week.
