Delegate Management

We have developed an online delegate registration site which is perfect for larger groups. If you choose to use this service, your own site will be branded with your company/ event logo.

Your delegates will receive their own username and password for the site where they can log on, when convenient to them, to enter personal requirements relating to equipment, diet, travel arrangements, ability level, activities and whichever other elements you wish to include.

The site can also be used to provide details of the resort, hotel, and restaurants etc.

All this adds up to saving you an awful lot of time and hassle in individually gathering and collating delegate information and relaying it back to us. It also leaves very little margin for error as delegates enter their own information via a secure site.
