This is one of the most important steps in our relationship with you. Our staff are meticulous in taking a detailed brief from you so that the event we deliver you is exactly as you want it to be. We are passionate about getting it right first time.

Once we receive your brief, you will be allocated a dedicated Account Manager.
We will then request space at dozens of suitable hotels. We are able to do this because at any given time we hold hundreds of hotel bedrooms across many different dates and resorts. Try to find space yourself - it is not easy!!
Once we receive offers for your group, we will provide you with a full event proposal, offering several options, each with a detailed budget. This will include the pros and (hopefully not too many!) cons of each resort to enable you to make an informed decision
