On- Site Event Management

In addition to a designated point of contact in our UK office, your event will be managed on-site by experienced and highly skilled operational staff who will be dedicated to your event.

Among many other elements, the following are included in our service to you:

  • Travelling to the resort ahead of your group to double check arrangements
  • Meeting all your delegates at the airport
  • Ground programme management
  • Co-ordinating ski lessons
  • Overseeing equipment hire arrangements
  • Management of the après-ski programme
  • Hosting and resort guiding
  • Troubleshooting
  • A minute by minute ‘working document’ (our checklist) to ensure the smooth- running of your event

All our staff are experienced skiers and will accompany your group 100% of the time to allow you to relax and enjoy interacting with your delegates.
