
On- Site Event Management
In addition to a designated point of contact in our UK office, your event will be managed on-site by experienced and highly skilled operational staff who will be dedicated to your event.
Among many other elements, the following are included in our service to you:
- Travelling to the resort ahead of your group to double check arrangements
- Meeting all your delegates at the airport
- Ground programme management
- Co-ordinating ski lessons
- Overseeing equipment hire arrangements
- Management of the après-ski programme
- Hosting and resort guiding
- Troubleshooting
- A minute by minute ‘working document’ (our checklist) to ensure the smooth- running of your event
All our staff are experienced skiers and will accompany your group 100% of the time to allow you to relax and enjoy interacting with your delegates.
