Once you confirm your event with us, your dedicated Account Team will look after every element of the programme, ensuring that each detail of the original brief is met.

You will always have at least one Account Manager handling your event in the office and another on- site in the resort with your group. Some of the key elements of a programme we will handle for you are as follows:

  • Booking flights and transfers
  • Hotel reservations
  • Contract negotiation
  • Ski pass and equipment arrangements
  • Preparing welcome packs,
    key resort information and maps
  • Booking ski guides and exclusive group lessons
  • Lunch and dinner reservations
  • Conferences and seminar arrangements
  • Special event themes
